We are Shane and Jaime Green, a husband and wife team who have lived in beautiful Cookeville, Tennessee for over 10 years.

After our sons graduated and moved on, we decided to try our hand at hosting.

We have enjoyed hosting people from all over the country experience all of what the South and Tennessee has to offer.

One of our favorite things about hosting is seeing the joy that friends and families get from our property and being a part of the memories they will share for years to come. We have a small hobby farm and we are so proud to share this space with you!

Our property’s name came easy!

The Dabbling Duck is exactly what you will see while you sit on the deck and look over the pond at sunset. A place to enjoy the beautiful large pines and escape from the day to day. Cookeville, Tennessee is full of local art and history.

The waterfalls here are second to none and we highly recommend visiting them!

We saw something magical in this little piece of 11 acre heaven that has a state park feel with it’s wooden fences and forest landscape and we can’t wait to share that magic with you.
