The Big House 🙂

Ranch style home on 11 acres with woods and a large aerated pond.

This property has a state park feel with several different fire pits and outdoor seating. There is a bridge that leads over to an island where you can sit and listen to the bull frogs sing at night. There are free range chickens and ducks that are very friendly and share the property. Relax in the hot tub or sit by the gas firepit. The home is decorated with a wildlife theme of the animals you will find here like fox, deer, and owls.

The Space

This ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. There are smart televisions in each bedroom and also in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
There is a gas fireplace, and a washer & dryer. This property has a state park feel and is situated on 11 acres of land.
There is a large pond that sits on the front of the property with a bridge and an island. We have free range chickens and ducks that share the land, are very friendly and enjoy being fed.
There is a barn on the back of the property where the chickens and ducks roost, It is also home to a couple of barn cats. The property has a lot of wildlife including deer, raccoon, fox, owls, and squirrels. Leave your bedroom window open at night and listen to the bullfrogs sing.

Your Furbabies

There is a large fenced yard for your dog.

What All You Get to Do Here-

We have several wood fire pits, 2 decks with lots of seating areas, a gas fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and a gas grill.
You can enjoy the hot tub or kayak on the pond. Kayaks and life vests are provided.

Location, Location, Location!

This home is less than 10 minutes to town, very close to Tennessee Tech, and is located in the heart of all the surrounding waterfalls. In town, there are boutiques, antique shopping, moonshine tasting, lots of fabulous restaurants, and farmer's markets. A caretaker/owner feeds the animals in the barn at the back of the property in the early evening. The chickens and ducks are not afraid of dogs and are very friendly so please exercise caution if you think your dog may not be used to livestock. There is a keyless entry to the home and security cameras are located outside at the doors.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the house, decks, hot tub, fenced yard, and pond. No access to barn.

Other Things to Note

The chickens and ducks roost in the barn at night and free range during the day. There are also a couple of barn cats that live on the property.
